Class III

Duke's Sport Shop, Inc. is a Class III/NFA firearms dealer. That is a Special Occupational Tax under the National Firearms Act, which allows us to sell and transfer NFA items.

NFA items we handle

• Suppressors / silencers
• Short barrel rifles (SBRs)

You can buy NFA items in store, or have them transferred to us from another dealer.

Buying from our store

1. Choose a suppressor or short barrel rifle from our in-store inventory.
2. Make an appointment with us to complete the ATF e-Forms application.
   • Electronic fingerprints (.eft)
   • Passport photo (.jpeg)
   • ATF e-Forms registration
   • ATF e-Forms application
3. Pay the transfer fee and a deposit of at least 50% of the item price.
4. When the approved tax stamp arrives we contact you for pickup. Wait times have recently been as short as a few days.

NFA transfers
